Fees
The initial consultation is free of charge, if you decide to instruct
us in the sale of your business we ask you to commit to a sign on
fee to cover the cost of sales information memorandum preparation and
administration
costs of taking the company to market.
This is a one off pre agreed
fee and can be paid on monthly
terms.
We then charge a performance fee for the successful sale of the company,
calculated as a percentage of the total consideration achieved.
To maximise
the level of retained disposal proceeds we can also provide tax
planning services if required.
