Active Business Brokers recently brokered the final merger of two South West Electronics manufacturing businesses, IO Electronics Ltd was purchased for a seven figure sum by Stingnet Ltd owner of CSM Electronics to combine the two businesses into a 5 million turnover company. The businesses have been merged onto one site which is using state of the art manufacturing facilities and as a result of the wider service offering new contracts are now being won.
John Linnell of Stingnet Ltd the acquiring parent company of CSM Electronics said “it was a deal full of benefits on so many levels and skilfully negotiated by Active Business Brokers who ensured the deal process remained on track and within completion timescale”.

Care training business Impact Training Services (UK) Ltd has been sold to the Child Care Company (Old Windsor) Ltd. Active Business Brokers were called to assist Cottons Accountants and their client find a new home for the business due to the owners retirement plans. Cottons who handled the client’s taxation and accountancy matters wanted assistance with the marketing of the business and ABB managed to secure a buyer within six months.
